KLH Projects were tasked with obtaining the necessary approvals for bringing this derelict cottage back to life and were then invited to carry out the building works on a cost plus basis.
The property had not been habitable since 1976 and was in a poor state of repair. All the existing timbers were removed and replaced using a lightweight steel system developed by U-Roof and many of the walls had to be taken down and rebuilt on the existing footprint to comply with planning conditions.
